School’s Out Activities has partnered with Suffolk New College to support students with their volunteering course requirements and aim to provide much-needed work experience ready for the working world.
School’s Out Activities offer premium activity day camps for children aged 4 – 16. Whether it’s joining a fun-filled professional team at one of our day camp venues or applying to be part of the full-time head office, School’s Out Activities provides opportunities and experience for all!

Choose your role, age group to work with, and deliver an endless list of exciting activities, all while gaining vital work experience and meeting your course requirmeents for placement hours. We pride ourselves on offering the most rewarding, exciting and engaging volunteering opportunities for students who are thinking about becoming a teacher, sports coach, nursery worker or any candidate who wants to develop their skills when working with children.

We provide full support prior to joining the team so you can hit the ground running, and then thorough on-the-job training so you can hone your childcare skills. Learn how to safely instruct activities, deliver a course syllabus and manage large groups. This is a fantastic opportunity not to be missed!

School’s Out Activities is more than just work experience. There are many benefits to volunteering at our activity camps and joining our ever-expanding team. School Holiday Positions
EARLY EXPLORERS
Deliver a fun week of play, paint, create, perform, sing, build and explore – all to aid children in their early years of development! Desirable skills include basic arts & crafts, cooking, performance & games leadership.
CREATIVE CREW
Energise children to indulge in their creative side. Direct stage performances and lead cooking sessions! Particularly suited to dance instructors and people who are handy at arts & crafts. Desirable skills include cooking skills, games leader, choreography etc.
ADRENALINE ADVENTURE
Deliver an action-packed week jammed full of 30+ team, sporting and adventurous activities! Particularly suited to sports leaders, coaches and people with a background in PE – driven, proactive and confident. Desirable skills include sports hall and behaviour management, leadership, and sports knowledge.
