Community Outreach Manager
Hours:
Office Hours 08:30 - 16:30. Camp Hours 07:30 - 18:00.
Salary:
Annual salary dependent on age, qualifications, location of work and experience - £24’000 - £29’000.
Purpose of the Job:
As part of the Head Office team, you will work on building effective relationships within the community to support school’s and local authority. You will manage the Holiday Activity Fund (HAF) to ensure all children are supported and have the 5* School’s Out Activities experience, as well as maintaining effective business relationships and aiming to secure additional funding.

Operations Manager
Hours:
Office Hours 08:30 - 16:30. Camp Hours 07:30 - 18:00.
Salary:
Annual salary dependent on age, qualifications, location of work and experience - £20’000 - £28’000.
Purpose of the Job:
This role involves maintaining the operations of the business and working closely with the Office Manager to ensure all equipment, venues and storage units are stocked correctly. You will develop innovative ideas that improve existing processes. Additionally, you will possess a sports coaching background to undertake archery, fencing and other unique sports sessions during your time at camp.
